We live in a world where we are constantly reminded of the ‘scarcity’ and limited access we have to things, and that fear drives us to hoard physically but also mentally and emotionally. This is fundamental to create space for the new mindset and creation coming your way from the new paradigm

An invitation to slow down and shift gears from doing to being.
An opportunity to gather your thoughts, feelings, taking stock, thinking through, problem solving, being creative, innovative and step into a more receptive state.

As we have done the heavy lifting generating awareness, making the decision to change behaviours as we shift beliefs, it is also a fundamental part of the process to allow it to sink.

We have turned on the lights and we can see more clearly what we are dealing with. This is when we start investigating further and questioning how true, real and supportive these feelings, thoughts, situation we are experiencing are.

It’s with repetition that we build the muscle and strengthen the change in behaviour we want to mantain. In the beginning sometimes it feels more clunky and forced but as it eases in, the brain and body start recognising this new way of operating as the ‘usual’ new norm.
