MOVEMENT & BREATH

"Yoga is an enabler of endless possibilities; to graciously explore, rediscover yourself while using the breath as your guide"

Breathing is the first and last thing we do as live beings.  Breath connects us with our body, brings us to the now, calms and quiets the mind.

Yoga is a beautiful and powerful tool that can be developed on and off the mat, when combined with mindfulness practices it provides a solid foundation for a more focused, balanced, purposed and fulfilled life.

With a foundation in Hatha Vinyasa, Monica’s classes are both playful and exploratory, with a strong focus on progressive alignment, designed sequences enable each and every student to play the edge and build a sustainable practice; combining asana (postures), meditation and pranayama (breathing) - during classes but also empowering her students to take and develop their practice on their own.

A RYT 300 hr certified yoga teacher and a curious student who is continuously developing her knowledge, techniques and understanding with her teachers Mark Stephens, Annabel Chown, Sianna Sherman, Sally Kempton, Uma Dismore-Tulli and Donna Farhri.

Our mindfulness courses and workshops are aimed at both corporate organisations and individuals.
