Breathing is the first and last thing we do as live beings. Breath connects us with our body, brings us to the now, calms and quiets the mind.
Yoga is a beautiful and powerful tool that can be developed on and off the mat, when combined with mindfulness practices it provides a solid foundation for a more focused, balanced, purposed and fulfilled life.
With a foundation in Hatha Vinyasa, Monica’s classes are both playful and exploratory, with a strong focus on progressive alignment, designed sequences enable each and every student to play the edge and build a sustainable practice; combining asana (postures), meditation and pranayama (breathing) - during classes but also empowering her students to take and develop their practice on their own.
A RYT 350 hr certified yoga teacher and a curious student who is continuously developing her knowledge, techniques and understanding with her teachers Mark Stephens, Annabel Chown, Sianna Sherman, Sally Kempton, Uma Dismore-Tulli and Donna Farhri.

Vinyasa - Slow Flow - Restorative - Yin - Nidra
Our mindfulness courses and workshops are aimed at both corporate organisations and individuals. Organisations who are working towards developing wellbeing initiatives for their employees, who care about improving life quality but also introducing tools to increase productivity, help focus the mind and generate a more positive, collaborative working environment.
Similarly, we also work on an individual and personal level with those are aiming to deepen their meditation routines and/or their general wellbeing – whether is finding constructive mechanisms to cope with an stressful job, juggling personal and professional development, or dealing with significant life changes or past experiences.
