Discovering your best self

Dearest ones,

We are less than 3 weeks before the end of the year (and the decade!). I'm sure most of you (included myself) are progressively switching into Xmas - holiday mode with parties, social gatherings and celebratory vibes - which is fantastic - there is co much to celebrate and be happy about! However, it's utterly important that we dedicate some time to reflect on the year that is about to end - otherwise, how could be able to decide on our goals and objectives for the next one if we don't look at what we have accomplish, what has worked or hasn't worked?

These can be tricky times to do this introspective and honest work with ourselves, especially with family around - I love mine to bits, but they can be a bit of a handful to deal with sometimes :) - and that can be extremely draining.

What really works for me is, beforehand I get too crazy with family reunions is to book a couple of hours to journal, to draw, to write down and reflect on the year - especially emphasising the wins! - we deserve to celebrate the good stuff - not just beating ourselves up for that project that I didn't start or that book that I didn't finish - that will set you up for success.

Similarly, it's vital to acknowledge those things that haven't worked and those goals that we haven't follow through - is it because they weren't as important as we thought? Is it because we are scared of the consequences or the changes that they will imply? What is that we really want to see flourish in the new year, in the new decade?

We can get a bit diluted into the celebratory mood (also to bear with whatever comes up during family reunions) but those are the most precious moments to stay aware and mindful and observe what's going on for us.

This is why I have put together an amazing day retreat on Saturday 25th January in the beautiful New Forest National Park for you to not only do this work - in case you don't have time to do it during Xmas in a mindful and conscious way - with all the support and guidance from experts - myself and my partner Gail Taylor.

You will be able not only to identify those burning desires that you want to bring to life but also what's holding you back and design an action plan to start implementing straight away!

If this resonates with you, make sure that you reserve your spot.

If you have any questions, please drop me a line and we can arrange a time to discuss this or any other matters - as I'll still be seeing a limited number of clients on a 1 to 1 coaching basis.

Have a wonderful end of the year and a blossoming start of 2020.
